2.PRIZE – invited competition 2024
The property at Fritz-Stachel-Platz in Hartberg is located in the urban environment of the spatial-urban qualities of the old town. The design envisages a coherent structure, with an urban development forming a street space towards the square and residential buildings staggered to the south-west, which provide appropriate views and enable passageways.
What is striking on the living space side is the three-dimensional façade area with green outdoor areas in front of it. On the street side, the green facade dominates.
