Urban space | Residential area
The urban environment is a smorgasbord of buildings of different heights, sizes and functions. Unplanned, the building stock does not follow any recognizable architectural and urban planning criteria. With their location and differentiation in their heights, the new residential buildings try to create a high-quality spatial neighborhood beween and around them. The consciously distance themselves from the disordered building stock. Generous green areas open up, close around and continue onto green terraces and useable roofs.
